CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULING & REFUND POLICY

We structure our programs with clear terms because consistent engagement leads to better results.

All packages require monthly recurring payments for the duration of your contract term (3, 6, or 12 months).
Monthly Billing:
Beginner Package: $399/month for 3 months
Growth Package: $359/month for 6 months
Maximum Profit Package: $299/month for 12 months
Payments are processed automatically on the same day each month via the payment method you provide at signup.

All payments are non-refundable once processed. This includes payments for missed sessions, early termination, or any other circumstance.

To cancel before your contract term ends, provide 30 days written notice via email to coach@converter.agency.
Early Termination Fee:
An early termination fee equal to 50% of your remaining contract value will be charged to your payment method on file.Example:
If you're on the 12-month Maximum Profit Package ($299/month) and cancel after Month 4 with 8 months remaining:Remaining contract value: 8 months x $299 = $2,392
Early termination fee: 50% of $2,392 = $1,196

If a monthly payment fails or is declined, you have 7 days to update your payment method.
After 7 days:
Coaching sessions are suspended
A $25 late fee is applied
You remain responsible for the full contract term
After 30 days of non-payment:
The contract is considered in breach
Full remaining contract value plus late fees become due
The account may be sent to collections

Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours advance notice.
How to reschedule:
Contact us at coach@converter.agency
Provide 48 hours notice before your scheduled session
Reschedule within 2 weeks of the original date
Rescheduling requests with less than 48 hours notice are subject to coach availability. If we cannot accommodate a last-minute request, your session for that month is forfeited.
Permanent schedule changes: If you need to change your recurring session time (not just one session), contact us and we'll work with you based on availability.

If you miss a session without rescheduling or providing notice, your monthly session for that period is forfeited.
In some cases, we may provide a written recap based on your previous sessions. This is at our discretion and not guaranteed.

Clients on the 12-month Maximum Profit Package may pause coaching for up to 30 days due to:
Medical emergency
Family crisis
Unforeseen business closure
To request a pause:
Submit your request in writing to coach@converter.agency
Provide supporting documentation
Await approval from Converter Agency
Approved pauses extend your contract end date accordingly. This is a one-time option per contract term. Monthly payments continue during the pause period unless otherwise approved in writing.

Converter Agency may reschedule sessions due to coach availability, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. We will provide at least 48 hours notice and offer alternate times.
If the alternate time doesn't work for you, we'll find another option within a reasonable timeframe. If no mutually agreeable time can be found within that month, we'll credit you an additional session to be used within your contract term.

Every session you attend is recorded. After each session, you'll receive:
Full session recording
Transcript via Google Meet with Gemini
Post-session recap email with 3-5 actionable tactics
If you miss a session without rescheduling, no recording or recap is available.
